1. Where do I send a comment on the content questions and explanations on the practice tests? eg. I disagree with one of the explanations, answers.

Send an email to with the question id number that is found at the top of the question itself. Please include your first name and email address.

2. Will I be able to buy extra questions for the test in the future?

Yes, we are working on that throughout the beta period on how to set that up. When the tests are available for purchase, an email will be sent out.

3. I got an error message when I tried running the program and I don't know why.

Since this is the beta period, all bugs and errors found should be submitted to Please try to be as descriptive as possible, including where in the program you were, what you clicked on, the message or error number etc.

4. The fonts dialog doesn't load or takes a long time to load.

If you have more than 100 fonts, this is normal. It lists all of your currently installed system fonts when it loads.

5. The answers don't appear or look distorted.

Try changing the font to a different one. This program was made for smaller fonts. This will be fixed in the future.

6. When the program loads, a file is not found and/or None of the questions work.

If you get this error, it may be that your database file (with extension .mdb) is set to read-only. Browse to the C:\Program Files\Nerdom directory and look for files with that extension. Right click the mdb file---> choose properties--> uncheck read-only--->Click OK. Now try running the program, it should work. If not go to our bug report form  here
