i m confused regarding the correct answers

can anyone help me out

1.What spans the OSI layer 7 model completely (choose 3)

a. network host
b. network management station
c. hub
d. switch
e. web server
f. router
g. transreciever

(answers a,b and e????). i don't know about g.


7.. Which command is used to display the placement & direction of an IP Address control list on a router

a. show access list

b. show ip router

c. show ip interface

d. show interface list

e. show ip interface brief

answer (c?????)

8.What does the word any means in the extended access list? (choose 1)
Access-list 101 permit IP any 192.168.69.0 0.0.0.255 eq TCP
A. Check any of the bits in the same address
B. Permit any wild card mask of the address.
C. Accept any source address.
D checks any bit for the destination address.
E. Permit 255.255.255.255 0.0.0.0.0
F. Accept any destination address.

Hi,

All ur answers are good.
Q1. Transreceiver is phyical layer device.
Q2. sh ip interface , will give you any accesslist active on
an interface and also the direction (IN,OUT)
Q3. C. (or -1 in IPX access list)
Q4. ISDN. ISDN is the only dala link protocol which has out of
band signalling. It uses PPP encap for data and LAPD for signalling.
