Hi,
I'm taking the CCNA test on Friday and needs some help with Access Lists. According to Todd Lammle's CCNA Study Guide, standard access lists should be applied close to the destination and extended access lists should be applied closest to the source. The practice exams say just the opposite!

The rule is to put the extended ACLs as close as possible to the source of the traffic denied. Standard ACLs do not specify destination addresses, so you have to put the standard ACL as near the destination as possible
