I've passed the CCNA exam with score of 967. If you have attended several training courses and worked with several switch and router models plus various WAN types for a couple of years or more... then it is a vocabulary test. I have to say that, I study for CCNA about 1 month and have a little experience with switch and router. But in order to achieve the CCNP I have to work with them much more!! Have you got the CCNP???
