Hi. I've taken the Routing, Switching, and Remote Access exams. I'll be taking the Support exam this Friday. Just in case anyone is interested, I took the BSCN and CIT
courses at Mentor Technologies. The CIT class
was mostly hands-on troubleshooting. I took the Cisco e-learning edition of BCMSN and BCRAN. I also have been using the Cisco Press
CCNP Prep Library books. They have been very
helpful, especially as a supplement to the on-line courses.

Hi Jewel,
Thanks and congratulations on passing the CCNA exam. I passed the Support exam and I'm now a CCNP. If you take the Routing exam first, you will have the hardest exam out of the way ( in my opinion ). Good luck.

Hi Renee,
Thanks, I haven't decided if I want to go for any more certifications right now. I'm thinking about going back to college to complete my Computer Science degree. The CIT
test was pretty straightforward. All the best to you, too.
