On page 71, (Table 5.2), is a table of EXEC privileged mode commands. If you look down to the 'ping' command, the function (according to the book) is 'Halts and performs a cold restart". The command that
really goes with that function is 'reload'. Heh, kind of funny...

ping Send echo messages
ppp Start IETF Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP)
pwd Display current working directory
reload Halt and perform a cold restart

I found another one.:

page92
Table6.1
BridgeA = 0
BridgeB = 10
BridgeC = 30
BridgeD = 20

However, in Figure6.2 (page 93)

BridgeA is illustrated with a 10 root path cost, when it is the root! and is 0 in the table.

As well, in the second paragraph on page 92, physical segmentB is referenced when there is no physical segmentB, only physical segment 1,2,3. Go figure.

I'll believe it. I'm borrowing the exam cram from a friend. Its been alright, but the cisco CBT cd that I got is really nice. Best of all it doesnt have the stupid mistakes that dont make it any easier to learn this stuff. However, I dunno, I kind of like the examcram book. I just got Cisco CCNA 'Exam Certification Guide'. Ill post on it after I read a bit of it.
